FitzRoy are looking for an exceptional Service Manager to join our friendly, dedicated team!

In this vital role, you will manage our Supported Living service in Southsea, providing high-quality care and support up to thirteen adults with learning disabilities and autism. With the support of your Deputy Manager, you will lead, empower, and develop your team to ensure a sustainable, quality person-centred service is always provided – one that can truly transform people's lives.

You'll be instrumental in ensuring individuals we support receive the personalised, compassionate assistance they need to live fulfilling lives. You will also develop strong relationships with the people we support and their families, fostering an environment of trust and positive engagement. 

This role requires you to register with CQC.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Care Manager within Registered Care, Day Services, or Supported Living, ideally with experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

  • A passion for person-centred care and a commitment to empowering individuals.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a team effectively.

  • Excellent organisational skills, demonstrating your ability to prioritise your workload effectively and accurately.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building relationships with residents, families, and staff.

  • Minimum Level 3 / NVQ in Health & Social Care and willing to work towards Level 5.
