Registered Service Manager
Oxfordshire (Abingdon, Didcot & Kidlington)
Salary: £42,500 per annum
Are you an experienced social care leader looking for an opportunity to lead high-quality services that genuinely transform lives?
FitzRoy is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Service Manager to oversee three services across Oxfordshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex support needs.
This is a varied and rewarding leadership role with responsibility for approximately 952 support hours per week across three services in Abingdon, Didcot and Kidlington. Supporting a total of 19 people, you'll lead established teams across a diverse portfolio that includes a complex support service, an innovative transition service for young adults, and a supported living service. Two of the three services are CQC registered, giving you the opportunity to lead high-quality, compliant services while making a lasting difference to the lives of the people we support.
About the Services
Abingdon – Complex Support Service
This specialist service supports 2 people with complex support needs.
The service provides highly personalised support, focusing on positive outcomes, wellbeing, independence and enabling each person to live the life they choose.
Didcot – Transition Service
This innovative service supports 12 young adults aged 18-25.
Supporting both males and females, the service is designed to help people develop the skills, confidence and independence needed to move towards more independent living within the community. The service focuses on building everyday living skills, increasing confidence and supporting people to achieve ambitious personal goals.
Kidlington – Supported Living Service
This service supports 5 people across four self-contained flats.
Supporting both males and females, the service provides person-centred support to individuals with a range of learning disabilities and mental health needs, promoting independence, community inclusion and positive outcomes.
