💤 Sleep-in rate: £50 per night (x2/month for full-time staff per month)

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll be part of a person-centred team that empowers individuals to live the lives they choose. No two days are the same—your work will be varied, fulfilling, and fun.
You’ll support individuals with:
Personal care, daily routines, and independent living skills
Taking part in activities they enjoy—such as cooking, music, art, walking, or going to the cinema
Achieving goals that are meaningful to them—big or small
Building confidence and maintaining strong links in the local community
This is a hands-on role where compassion, patience and a sense of humour go a long way. You’ll form meaningful relationships and celebrate progress, no matter how small.
