Love4Life is searching for a passionate and talented Fundraising Manager working 30 hours per week to lead our income generation efforts and drive our mission forward. Supported by the National Lottery, our organisation delivers life-changing programs to empower communities and improve lives. About the Role 

As our Fundraising Manager, you’ll develop and implement an ambitious fundraising strategy to secure vital income from a variety of sources. Working closely with Trustees, donors, and partners, you’ll leverage your creativity, leadership, and expertise to build strong relationships and drive innovative fundraising approaches. 

Key Skills We’re Looking For 

We’re looking for a candidate who can: 

  • Think Strategically: Develop and execute effective, long-term fundraising strategies to meet growth targets. 

  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, Trustees, Patrons, and corporate partners to secure financial support. 

  • Lead Creatively: Drive innovative approaches to fundraising while fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork. 

  • Communicate Effectively: Craft compelling cases for support and deliver persuasive presentations to diverse audiences. 

  • Manage Finances: Oversee fundraising budgets, set KPIs, and ensure performance targets are met. 

  • Engage the Community: Raise Love4Life’s profile through community engagement and events. 

What You’ll Bring 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: 

  • A proven track record in charity fundraising with experience growing sustainable income streams. 

  • Strong knowledge of trusts, individual giving, major donors, legacies, and corporate partnerships. 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and manage key relationships. 

  • Expertise in developing and evaluating fundraising strategies. 

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and supporter engagement techniques. 

  • Financial literacy, including experience with budgeting and reporting. 

  • A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Additional Information 

This role will be a mixture of home based and travel within the UK to all Love4Life network locations (London, Hampshire and Coventry), so a full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential. Some evening and weekend work may also be required.
